FaJo XP FSE allows to view/change the access rights on file system objects of NTFS file systems on Windows XP Home. The extension therefore provides the security tab known from Windows NT4, Windows 2000 and Windows XP Pro on the properties page of file system objects.
FaJo XP FSE will run on Windows 2000 and XP (or higher) only - including Windows XP Home. To install FaJo XP FSE you will need administrative rights. After successful installation an additional entry "Change security �." will show up in the context menu of files and directories. In addition to the menu entry a property sheet is added to the property page of the objects.
FaJo XP FSE will allow a user of Windows XP Home to easily view/change the access rights on file system objects of NTFS file systems.
The extension therefore provides the security tab known from Windows NT4, Windows 2000 and Windows XP Pro at the property page of file system objects. For faster access it adds an additional menu item to the context menu of such objects (optional).
